range of GyrFalcon Metal Loaders with a new
die cast tray . Fully composed of metal,
this die cast tray is a 6 mm drawer which ensures a
smooth and quiet tray movement suitable for high-end
applications. Besides, manufacturers have
consequently the possibility to use this metal
drawer without tray front, as a great care has been
taken by our technical department to finishing
(Shot-blasting finishing with nano-coating).
Thanks to the die cast tray, our range of GyrFalcon
Metal Loader is now available for mass
production at an unbeatable price for complete
metal solutions.

reminder, we have supplied two different metal loaders
since the CES 2008:
On the one hand, we offer the GyrFalcon Slim Metal Loader dedicated to the GyrFalcon 8 (CD), the
GyrFalcon 6 (CD/SACD) and the SD6.3v (DVD).

On the other hand, we provide to manufacturers the GyrFalcon
Full Metal Loader initially designed for the
CD-Pro2 LF, the most successful module of the
high-end market. However, thanks to the modularity
of the GyrFalcon concept, the GyrFalcon Full Metal
Loader is also suitable for the GyrFalcon 8
(CD/SACD), the GyrFalcon 6 (CD/SACD) and the SD6.3v
(DVD).

Thanks to our long experience in this industry, the
GyrFalcon Metal Loaders bring some innovative
features that had been developed during two years by
our Research and Development department with first a
noise reduction system: indeed, this system
is based on stainless steal polished rod and high
quality bearings to avoid any unwanted resonances.
Then, another key aspect of the GyrFalcon Metal
Loaders is the vibration-free mechanism
system thanks to a steel bottom plate. Finally, a chromium
plating treatment for corrosion free design had
been applied to all metal components in order to
avoid any oxidation issues.
