The
SD8.1 module includes all the audio and video
decoding possibilities required to develop a
high-end DVD player today. Indeed, all digital data
are processed through the servo-decoder board
located under the slim tray-loading mechanism. As a
result, you only have to take care of the
power supply and user interface.
The audio streams are decoded according to their
original formats (Dolby Digital, DTS, Prologic II,
...) and the resulting signals are directly
available from the module (digital DOBM, stereo or multi-channel).
As regard to video, the SD8.1 module provides
high quality pictures in most of the current formats. Besides, the video signals can be further
enhanced thanks to the internal progressive-scan
processing, resulting in high-quality movie for your
video-projector or plasma screen.
This high-end
DVD video module offers also a very high
playability and disc acceptance; its mechanism is
discrete and disc access time is remarkable fast.
This ready-to-integrate module will definitely
