In

development budget. DAISy understands the needs of
set-makers and proposes a turnkey solution together

our modules: the VFD15
Kit.
Suitable for all DSA based modules (GF8,
GF6, CD-Pro2LF) whatever the loading systems
you have selected,
the GF VFD15 kit is composed of all key components
required
for a display
section: display, display driver, filament driver,
user microcontroller and infra-red receiver. This
Kit includes an accurate Vacuum Fluorescent
Display designed for high-end audio players.
Then, our technical department has developed new
user software
(included
free
of
charge
within
this kit)
which takes care of driving the DSA
module while controlling the display
device and the user interface (keypad, I/R
receiver…). Many innovative features have been
added to this new user software, like for instance a
dimming function or a PWM tray speeds, so that
manufacturers can customize their players according
to the wishes of end-users.
Finally, the electrical schematics of the reference application are
provided with this Display Kit, so that high-end
companies can make their own boards according to
their front panel's mechanical design.
