Most
of the time, audio manufacturers
do not want to spend too much of their time on test
and evaluation. DAISy has then brought the right
solution to their expectations: The VFD Display Evaluation Board.
To
minimize the development time and budget, DAISy
proposes a plug-and-play platform specifically
designed to test one of our 4 display kits (GF VFD6,
GF VFD11, GF VFD14 and GF VFD15) together with one
of our DSA-based modules (CD-Pro2, GF8, GF6),
whatever your choice of loading
systems (plastic loader, metal loader, slot-in
mechanism).
All components of the display kits are implemented
on the Display Evaluation Board and the electrical
schematics are also provided to design your own
display board : what you see is what you get !
Besides, our software engineers have developped
innovative firmwares for the user interface. One you
have selected the appropriate VFD display kit,
thanks to this Evaluation Board, you will get the
same firmware supplied together with the user
microcontroller of the display kit : no
additional fees for software development, and a
lot of time saved on your side !
You can send all commands from the keyboard or
remote control handset and evaluate our display kits
together with the module of your choice. You can
also choose to navigate through the set-up or
manufacturer menus in order to get an overview about
all the innovative features we have developed.
It is therefore important to note that the Display
Evaluation Board needs to be connected to the DSA
Evaluation Board (you need both boards for test and
evaluation). All the required PSU and appropriate
cables are provides with these evaluation
tools.
