As
the leading supplier of OEM modules since 1994,
DAISy offer a large range of OEM modules dedicated
to audio and video applications. Most of the time,
the standard version of our modules is provided with
an original plastic loader composed of a plastic
tray.
All the mechanical aspects of
these loaders have been tested by our Test and
Quality department thanks to mechanical benchmark
tests in order to provide to set makers the highest
reliability for these products. Indeed, this aspect
is sometimes underestimated compared to some
features like playability or audio quality but DAISy
is proud to ensure to manufacturers the highest
quality for all the components of a module (i.e.
Optical Pick-up Unit + Loader + Servo Decoder
Board).

Modules with an original plastic loader :
The standard version of the
GyrFalcon 8, the GyrFalcon 6 and the SD6.3v are
provided with an original plastic loader based on
the same dimensions
in order to facilitate mechanical design of audio
manufacturers for their various players.
GyrFalcon
8: Based on extra slim plastic loader, the GyrFalcon 8 is a “cost
efficient” module dedicated to high-end CD
applications.
GyrFalcon
6: The GyFalcon 6 with its standard
plastic loader can be used for high-resolution audio
only applications (CD/SACD)
SD6.3v:
The SD6.3v module is dedicated to
audio-video applications and is provided with an
extra slim plastic loader.
